Products manufactured by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. are characterized by high quality, in compliance with EU standards. They are ecological and safe in use. They do not contain TGIC or heavy metals. Since 2010, powder coatings produced by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. have regularly been certified positive by the Polish National Institute of Hygiene.
The company's reliability is also proved by the continuous participation, since 2011, in the Rzetelna Firma (Reliable Company) programme.
Meeting high standards in terms of offered products and service is confirmed by the implemented, in 2015, Quality Management System according to ISO 9001.
In 2017, Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. introduced antimicrobial products in its offer. They are available in all ranges of powder coatings: AMIPOL, AMIPOX, AMIKSYD and AMIPUR. Their properties have been confirmed by an independent laboratory in ISO 22196 testing. Thus the company has gained a certificate stating that the coating, obtained in the process of application of an antimicrobial product offered by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o., is characterized by the property of inhibiting the growth of bacteria and fungi on its surface.
In order to meet the expectations of customers from other industries, in 2018, the company commissioned the relevant notified body to conduct a test and classification in the field of reaction to fire according to PN-EN 13501-1 + A1: 2010. The tested steel sheet coated with AMIPOX polyester-epoxy powder obtained the following result: A2-s2, d0.
Thanks to continuous improvement and consistent focus on the quality of the offered products, Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. was certified with the QUALICOAT approval no. P-1565 on 18 December 2018.
In 2020, Railway Research Institute in Poland issued its Certificate of Conformity no. IK CZ – 020/2020 for AMIPOL polyester powder coatings made by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. The sample product was tested according to PN-EN 45545-2+A1:2015-12 Fire protection on railway vehicles. - Part 2: Requirements for materials and components in the field of fire properties. The obtained results proved it that polyester products made by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. can be used for making paint coatings of rolling stock (locomotives, railway cars, multiple units and transport machines).
Moreover, the quality of products manufactured by Amis Farby Proszkowe Sp. z o.o. can be easily verified by checking powders' parameters included in Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets.
